New schedule for Bucky’s Mixtape

Bucky’s Mixtape will now be on Thursday evenings from 7-8pm, right after my friend Ellen’s show, Poet Talk! I’ll be in this new slot starting this week on September 11th. Still on 91.1FM/same streaming link as the summer. Let me know what you think of the new time!

What about Queer Yenta Radio Hour?

While Queer Yenta Radio Hour was on break this summer, I loved having the time and energy to really focus on organizing community events with my amazing collaborator, Lee. We got such sweet feedback from people who came to speed dating in June, the dance party in July & the cookout in August. And it seems y’all want more fun, inclusive, joyful opportunities to hang out?! So, it’s bittersweet to say I will be pausing Queer Yenta Radio Hour this fall in order to focus on events! We’re cooking up some cute stuff for you and QYRH will return in the spring! If you’re interested in applying to be a “catch of the week” next season, drop me line by filling out this interest form.

SPEED DATING 4-6PM

Ages 25 and up, all genders welcome. We will be facilitating 2 speed dating circles simultaneously: a group interested in monogamous connections and a group interested in non-monogamous connections. We know binaries are fake but yes you have to pick a group (for these two hours of your life). Sliding scale $0-15. Space is limited, sign up here!

Live DJ sets by PRL, Cachetona & Seva — plus food, drinks, art raffle, basking in the beauty of queer hotties, and scheming about the fall of empire!!!!! 21+. Proceeds will benefit LUCE Immigrant Justice Network. Sliding scale cover $0-20.

This is a mask-optional, outdoor event under a covered pavilion. Grass parking, with accessible spots next to the pavilion. There are two gender-neutral, single-stall, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The pavilion is paved but surrounding ground is grass. Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne or other strong fragrances. Email with other questions!
